Vinyl store lag game problem

Hi, i have problem in game i go in safehouse and go in vinyl store ,place vinyl in car i placing the vinyl a ang game lag very very slowly game ,vinyl is in an car and game ok , rotate with this and game next slowly.
What to do? ( sorry for my bad english,I hope you know what I mean )

It will not be possible
I think i dont have slowly internet i dont have problem with this never ,and internet download (utorrent) 3-4mb/s
