People in EA forums reported the Car Dealer freaking out recently, namely this:
Jan 21st sales reappearing
Scion tC reappearing
Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Carbon Limited Edition reappearing
All of the above happening at the same time
(these occurrencies are happening randomly)
It could be that the Store Manager really has no clue how to use the tools, and is attempting to learn how to use them via trial and error. It could also be indeed a bug, so if you see any of these cars available for the following prices, don't buy them:
