Now let’s get started. After reviewing the case notes and previous correspondence, it is my understanding that you are having problems with the Treasure Hunt streak. I hate running into these types of issues when I am gaming, so I completely get your frustration, but know that I am here to help and intend on doing so!
As I cannot do anything about the streak at this point, I have refunded the 500 SpeedBoost points that were spent. I hope this helps in getting back behind the wheel and building up that streak again!
