Need too many nitro

If someone can help me with a program. i need to get many nitrous like hmm 20k i heard that there are some programs that can enable me to get all that nitros

if you have to many ''nitro'' and you want to loose some.....if you dont have ''nitro'' and you want some, then take any hack/tools who have ''pursuit''....aka - ''boot a lot''

Actually I'm not sure he meant about spending nitros. Otherwise he won't need 20K of them.
He is probably a nos spammer running out of nitros too often.
