Maybe you need to activate your credit card at the bank for online purchases.
Maybe it's not activated for your safety in case you loose card or stealed.
My card was same locked and i go to the bank and i tell them to unlock it for online business (buy, transactions)

RO: Mergi la banca unde ai cardul, faci o cerere de deblocare pt. tranzactii online si shoping. Poate iti este restrictionat momentan. Eu asa am avut la CEC.
Am fost si am facut cerere si s-a rezolvat problema.
Asta in cazul ca nu ti-a expirat cardul...

oh f*** ..same thing hapeend to me,use paypal man..simple and easy..and it keepss your data from the first purchase so you wont have to keep changing the IP.

VISA ELECTRON am si eu si nici la mn nu a mers prima oara..nici cu paypal( Banca transilvania)
Te duci fain frumos la banca si faci o cerere sa poti folosi cardul pentru tranzactii online,si pune si tu limita zilnica pt tranzactii la 1000-2000 lei,asa ca idee.
Asa am facut si eu,desigur acum e trecut si prin 3D secure..dar astai alta mancare de peste.
Treaba cu cererea dureaza minim 24H sa intre in sistem si se face doar la banca la care ai facut cardul.

Agreed. I have got 22cars, ultraparts and other stuff w/o boost + hacking about 2 years w/o a warning!
