Cop car lights

Is it just me or do people seem to have these lights on every car? Nissan Silvia doesn't have a cop version does it? i just seen one with cop lights and some crappy little vintage banger

It is a Siliva S15 Police edition.And you can't make your car with coplights.
Only The cars from store.

It's for sale . . . like a few months ago. while NFSW is celebrating their birthday. i forgot when. but all limited car is for sale that time.
