as you said the other day, I managed to use a proxy to India and see how 8000 boost points are worth only € 4.60 but when accepting payment relocate the price of Spain which is 16 €, I think because reads the address visa card which is Spain, if I would put INDIA pay in rupees? bone would be € 4.60

Go to your credit card account online and change the billing address to an Indian location.
Change back after making a purchase.

Try and see if it works.
