atm india is the cheapest speedboost country
50000 boost for 25 € (1999 indian rupies)
17500 boost for 9,20 €
8000 boost for 4,60 €
use a proxy with an indian https connection and it works
payment only credit card and boku mobile

For russia is 47 E but you can pay with webmoney.. etc... not paypal / PSC .

Because in india there is paypal transaction is not in trend,shopping through netbanking and debit card is in trend...and EA reduce its speed boost cost in india because in march i saw they offer 50k speed boost in Rs.2500. these rates are cheap for you guys but for me its still costly as Fcking hell..my fcking currency rupee
