He meant , CHEAP not FREE. You can change the country to POLAND , and get more boost at low prices , but that I don't think is working(FIXED , I think)...

It still works, there are threads on this forum about the method to get boosts from Poland.
But, they are not so cheap .... 17.500 SB at 20€, 50.000 at 48€ ... more or less, it depends from the change between Poland Zloty and your currency.

50k SB for ONLY 48€  OMFG That is very cheap for me, I was thinking of spending some 178 dollars to buy all the cars I want, but with that method of Poland, I will come out cheaper.

i tested the poland proxy method a few minutes ago and its still working well
