Nope. Just mask a dev and you'll drive his veyron + see his dev stat.

Let's see;
- Drew is not a developer
- Achievements can only be redeemed in free-roam.
- Achievements reward screen doesn't have that "CARD PACK" written at top-left.
- DEVELOPER achievement has only 1 reward;
Source: ] " DEVLPER License Plate x5", not " DEVELOPER" or IGC or a Veyron..

-Well, same as you can buy a car in Freeroam, you can get Achievements in safehouse... Ahh, that knowledge
-That thing, that you have never seen or redeemed Developer's achievement makes you saying and typing bullshits. The only true thing on ur view is, that the license plate has written "DEVLPER", not Developer.
