Have u tried to change ur IP adress ?
Reset modem and try again. This error can be fixed

Just connect with another account,
once done clse the game and reopen it
no you can access with your prefered account

for all this error not is banned or other.. i have this error today and reopen launcher and work. in this account i use just treasure hack long time ago,if this is ban why i possible play?! affter reopened launcher and maybe all use treasure hack

I had that error too when I had logged in to many times with the wrong password. Try to start throw Origin or wait a few hours.
