How to fix heat level 5 ?

hi everybody, how to fix heat level 5? With the hack Berkay2578 i can't fix definitely my heat leve at 5,; always it return to on.... So, what is the process for fix it définitely.
I do race without hack and it the seame, i take heat level at 5 , i go to my garage and when i come back to the free room my heat level return to on!
????? what can i do for to fix it????

heuuu no it's my english .....

i have many cars with heat level at 5.
And i know i can up my level by pursuit race but now the level don't stay for my new cars at 5, always my level shut down at 1.
