Treasure Hunt problem !!!

Hi guys ! I have a problem , yesterday I came home late from work and I didn't had time to collect the gems . When I got home the servers were down because of the updates and I couldn't collect them :| . And now I have collected 42 days for nothing , I have to start from day 1 X( .
How can I make a report to EA ? I have to create an origin accout ?

there s no point in reporting it thay wont do anything ether pay 500 speedboost and carry on from 42days or start over again

It will cost you 500 boost since you screwed up. Next time make sure to do the hunt on time. They gave you two days warning that the server would be down yesterday. It was up for 18 hours yesterday, should have done it then. Cry to EA all you want, they don't care.

The TH logo is red or green now? Because yesterday i forgot to colect my diamonds and i tried today and i colected all from the present day not from day 1.

because there was a maintainance yesterday and they probably saw the complains and seted up our th days

I am also unable to do my treasure hunt yesterday and today when i log in it starts from same day where i leave it. the diamond sing is green

And one more thing before John close thread.
You don't need to create and Origin account.
Because it's same account like NFSW account.
Just go login on Origin with your NFSW account and try get help from EA suport team.

Is it just me or is anyone else not able to see any treasure icons, or even the green circle where the gems are on the map? This just started happening yesterday, and the hack worked fine before that. The main map is empty, but the Mini Map still points me in the direction of nearby gems.
