I have been thinking... in old good days when cops was on streets there was hack who:
+ add roadblocks dodged
+ add cop cars destroyed
+ add cost to state
It's possible get it... if we have it we can complite 3 Achievements....

p.s.

And we can complite Aftermarket Specialist Achievement for 3,000,000 igc buying weels for 6,000 igc
