Is this normal?

Am I the only one here who experience this? Every time I restart my client, it downloads patches.
This is the 3rd time now within 45 minutes gap.

I mentioned this in another thread, "3 Patches In 1 Day", except that was not the end of file downloads. I downloaded a total of 6 patches/file updates, not sure why at this point.
1st - 180mb
2nd - 159.63mb
3rd - 142.28mb
4th - 11.79mb
5th - 115.45mb
6th - 11.78mb

I really hate it today... my internet isnt very good - no its bad. And I download 6 Patches Today!!! WTF EA ??????? R u CraZeY?
