Am I Banned?

Everytime i try to log on to CHICANE US it gives me this error but when i log into APEX US it logs me in just fine. Am i banned from NFS?

This is not a server error! You have been PERMANENTLY banned! The account will still be active but you will not be able to access it. There is not a way to unban your account.

It is not banning, just some server problems.

Yea im not banned becuse i made a new account with a new email and its doing the same thing

Server error, I also get it sometimes, it has nothing to do with ban.
