I see very people complaining on the nfsw forums about their drivers being lost.
EA is doing 2 kinds of bans:
-Global account ban
-Soft Driver ban
Dunno why they only erase drivers on some accounts but maybe it is because the related accounts are associated with another EA games, or because of boost history or because of the severity of the violation.
So if this happens to you and you know that your missed driver was compromised with TH hacks, race hacks, etc you will be losing your time trying to have it back (using the EA support). EA will make you lose your time with auto responses...And the driver will not come
