When i've achieved level 3 we get 600 sb, if i create 2 other account will i get 2x 600 sb or it will stay only 600sb ????

not true. only 1 time per account(mail). EA would punch into his own ***** doing it that way.

I haven´t tried it, but I cán say it will only work one time in one Account. There is no way, to get this 600 Boost again.
