Boos Hacks are illegal because that is stealing money from EA; as well, for doing so you need to get access to their server, feel free to go ahead and check about laws when it comes to cyber-crimes (yet with your comment it seems that you don't even know what a cyber-crime is); hacking server side information and exploiting client side information is completely different, yet, I wouldn't ask you to comprehend this, as it is noticeable what your answer will be.
