2nd: yes
3rd: i bought for 2x times full jackpot mystery packs and got no ultra parts.
4th(mine:
ive spend 4x times full jackpot and got 6 race parts - EA is trolling us!

lol before the patch ive done the same and with 2xfull jackpot 2 ultra parts a few pros and lots of race parts and onla a few shop parts but now - lame - more rewrds that im laughing hard at EA - those liars.

thats not very much i have at some powerups 1500 not much too but who to hell need so much

lol , i even have 2000 powerups , but i dont need more parts i already got some from the mystrey card pack , my lexus lfa is fast as hell

i had a few mystery packs with 10x nos and other 4 cards with cash.
maybe a bad timing, as i spend 4 jackpots.

but droprate is anyway bad for skills and for parts.

It's not easy but, sometimes, the Mistery Packs drop an Ultra part, here is mine, i got it before the last patch (Mistery Pack were sold for 50.000 IGC).



If i can i'd like to suggest you to do NOT buy more than 3÷5 mistery pack every time you log into the game.
The same for Platinum, Gold, Skill and Aftermarket Packs.
The reason is, when we could buy boosts for few €uros (Poland boosts) many of us were used to buy a lot of Gold Packs looking for good performance parts, i noticed that often after buying 3÷5 card packs i got a good part, well, continuing to buy packs was a waste of money for at least 10÷20 card packs, before i could get another good part.
The same is for Mistery Packs, so my suggestion is buy few packs each day.
