Turbo on 64bit Comps

Hi,
Can anyone advise why the turbo sped hack does not work on 64 bit computers and why none of the trainers seem to have it now....cheers!

I did learn to drive lol....but when i got to lvl 50 i wanted a little more fun, so.... back to my original question ???? any answers????
