Koenigsegg isn't the best T3 car, it's something around Rank 5
best T3 Cars for Speedboost are the GT3 RS, M1 ProCar and the RTR-X
Koenigsegg is a fast car too but it's hard to drive it when you're a not a pro.
Best T3 cars for ingamecash are the BMW M3 GTR, Murcielago & Lotus Evora.
Cars like the Mercedes, 959 and so on are pure IGC cars, Murcielago and Evora for example were Boostonly for a long period of time, now they are avaible for IGC but they're still much better because they were boost only before.
But i think the best out of this 3 is the Lotus Evora, I'm not sure, I just own the Murcielago, and the Murcielago is a very fast car too if it's tuned well.
