Is there any specific races in which you can win "Head Start" & "Super Shot" 3 star skill cards? I'm lacking those two card. Need help guys!  Skill Card guide would be awesome!

Sorted out some of the skill card IDs.
Edit: Asura added. I should also probably point out, for those not familiar with databases, the numerically highest card ID will be the newest one and probably the one you want to give your char.
Basic:
creature taming: 5040034, 5040032, 5040035, 504003, 2010733, 2010734, 2010735, 2010736, 5040033
deep evasion: 5026014, 5026012, 5026015, 5026013, 502601
mental concentration: 5026024, 5026022, 5026025, 5026023, 502602
minor healing: 5032014,...
