is there a cheat like a card picker? that can win customization parts or aftermarket parts? winning races and stil got no pro or improve parts.... wth!!

Nope, all that is serversided, that means everything is controlled by the server. When the user (your own PC) could choose its own cards, then there wouln'd be a problem
no matter card u pick u get the same reward randomly awarded by server;just like pro or ultra parts or skills are showed at friends news even before u pick the card
