i have a friend got credit card from uk so i changed my region to uk
but when he used his credit card he was asked to change it
is that because he is now outside uk

Hmm , i saw that too and isn't it strange?

EA now incentive the people to buy cheap speedboost? ...I smell some new stuff coming to the game soon and that's why they don't care with the people buying now allot of cars, parts , etc and spending so cheap money on them.

If i would be you i would buy some cheap speedboost and i wouldn't spend it yet
