if u are a good driver, just keep doing TE ALL IN until you are lvl 23 then hit up westpark and lyons till your lvl 32 then hit up beachfront or whatever its called. thats what I did.
lvl 36.8 in 8 days

u can play all in till lvl 50.. because when ur level is geting higher... income money is Increasing...

many possibilities about how reach level faster, the best way is play fairplay, nobody like that but if you make a couples of events like team escape or pursuits you can make easy level, but if you don't like to play, just leave the trainer to make that, using trainer 1.2.9
shift+F1
Shift+F8
ctrl+F5
Ctrl+F6
Ctrl+F7
and also use the zbot+
