Contact EA Customer support. They will give you account back.
You need to provide them some information about you:
- date of birth
- country
(the things that you type when you create this account)

Welcome to .... Unfortunately I have bad news ... I recently accidentally deleted about either driver or some strange coincidence, he vanished .... You can't restore REMOVED DRIVER'S PROFILE. It's NOT the same thing as stolen account.

Now i got what is your problem.
I tough your account was deleted, not profile.
Like you say: "my little brother with a typo to delete my account"
If profile was deleted of course you cannot have back the cars
but you can make that player name BLACKM3 back if is not used by oher player.

That's bad but if the account is deleted in the database, it is not able to recover your cars etc..
