Well to be exact he didint make it,he just wrote helpfull infromation that everyone would save time looking for hidden bodykits.
And yeah you dont need to be PRO hacker to make good trainer for exmaple I aint good one but I can make one,and even like this,If people say it doesnt work I guess then u just added the address you found while hacking the money( visualy)And this address changes everytime when you open nfsw so thats why it doesnt work for others

Trane add me on Skype (unter my thank list, the skype symbol) and we will work out a trainer okay?
I have basic knowledges in that and creating a trainer with CE is not useful, because the offsets are changing themselves each time you open a new session by opening the game again or close and reopen it. So you just need to get the real offsets, that dont change so you can modify them as well.
Best language for that is actually AutoIT... I made my best experiences with it.
/closerequest till we have done that trainer

Found this in webcheats forum,
they use virtual money to buff their characters with cash items, weapons and armors.
The program is self explanatory,
if you encounter "The application failed to initialize error"
use the dotnetfx to install microsoft .net framework version 2 to fix the error.

i found this software on the rohan forum of elitepvpers
i tested it, it works with levelup and egames cards,
but when i tried it with mygame cards it causes errors,
sadly it does not work for us SF Players coz it doesnt accept mygame cards,
but you could trade the levelup/egames load to mygame load thru
