Skill points you get every level up of the game (from 2 to 50)
So you will get a maximum 49 skill points durring leveling up 'till 50.
Skill points no one can share... remember that !!!

driver's skills depends on each drivers preference. if u like pursuit then max-out all ur pursuit skill points, if u like multi and private racing then max-out ur racing skills... that's it...

Yeah like he sayd...
You can chose skills for RACE, PURSUIT or EXPLORE.
If you want your car be faster and powerfull in a RACE than in free roam, choose more skills in RACE, if you want to be like a tank mode in pursuit so use them on pursuit.
Some skills can be used in EXPLORE to get more cash or to see cops on minimap from a safe distance to not crush them ) and more...

The better balance to have 1 faster car is 1 good combination between RACE ,PURSUIT AND EXPLORE

RACE: All the Extended Nitrous , Perfect Start , Catch Up , Dragster , Need for Speed , Nerves of Steel , Rapid Fire , Strong Finisher , Super Shot , Jumpstart

PURSUIT: All the Ram , Demolition Man , Rampage

EXPLORE: All the Lightning Reflex
