Only if you want to reset heat u need heat lvl 1, but when you have tank mode and no spike... who need heat 1?

The only thing I can find wrong with it is F4 doesnt work to load pursuit, or am I doing something wrong? Other than that its perfect.

Just open an event on map, press F4, close the event with the X, reopen the same event (this is my way, there are surely other better ways). Congrats, now every time you open an event, the pursuit will start
