Guys i have a question.
Where can i win tier 2 parts?
I have level 21...
And how can i put them on my car

And to add parts to car go to costumization->Performance->and instead of shop menu change to inventory and you will see your won parts.
Then just drag em on your car and leave by saving

Ai piese bune pe Verona Tunel la lvl 21 si uneori pe Stadium & HVY99 la lvl 14.
Dupa ce le castigi cauta in Safehouse in CUSTOMISATION/PERFORMANCE SHOP/INVENTORY (apesi pe buton ul rotund pt switch) si le tragi pe masina cu mousul apoi salvezi

No lies... problem is the drop rate decrease very very low like Mark De Velis says in one "Ask Mark" episode (don't remember nr.).
Producer Mark De Velis and Manager NSWDrew says they will increase back drop rate but... we don't know when...
We must wait 
Ask Marc - Episode 38 (see time 4:05 about part drop rate)

I didint get anything from THERE i didint even race there iv raced with myself (2 nfsw proccesses on 1 pc) in private race
And i got em at some Lyons track idk Lyns challange i think.

I renember when the game was only updated that there wont be any lvl limitations then was teh game.When i saw a simple hakk i was inpressed everyone in game that saw hack didint care about reportinganyone they just wanted them xD.
And i renember hard working lvling up getting lots of parts like more then 20 a day

Before i try pursuit loader... i make fast and short pursuits with my M3 on stadium, (before i find first pursuit loader) i ram the cops outside, chase them and hide in stadium where they never go there (in that time). And i almost get every, every pursuit one part.
Not Pro, because i never see a PRO in pursuit...
but i get almost everytime good parts like "RACE" Sport and even Tuned (and a lot of Street Tuned and Street Sport parts).

Just 50? oh, so poor. Got about 15 pro parts aren't listed there and about 30 not pro ain't listed either. Give me screenshots where you win T3 pro part on Lions Challenge, T3 pro part on Waterfront Road, T1 and T2 parts on Eagle Drive (I may continue this list but I'm already bored). If you provide me them I admit I'm wrong and that statistics doesn't lie. Otherwise it licks balls. Admins had to apply for prove pics to every adding part, but now it's too late. Anyways, if you still need a good track part breakdown, here it is:

- lvl11-lvl15 tracks: T1: pro sport parts and worse down to street tuned, T2: street sport parts and worse,

- lvl21-lvl25 tracks: T1: pro tuned parts, T2: pro sport parts and worse down to street tuned,
- lvl26-lvl30 tracks: T2: pro tuned parts and worse down to race tuned,
- lvl31-lvl35 tracks: T2: pro tuned parts, T3: street sport parts and worse,
- lvl36-lvl40 tracks: T3: race sport parts and worse,
- lvl41-lvl45 tracks: T3: pro sport parts and worse down to street tuned,
- lvl46-lvl50 tracks: T3: pro tuned parts and worse down to race tuned.
The difference in number of listed parts between eagle drive and union & hollis, for example, may be explained very easy. If you have a brain of course. Otherwise keep on racing on Lion's Challenge and looking for T3 velocicom tuned engine, because you don't have lvl49 to race station & fisher, the only another track where this engine may be dropped, according to that statistics.
