There's no such thing as boost hack or money hack. Get over it! -.-
It's server side. You need to be a PRO hacker to hack the server !
But there is speedhack, wallhack and a few..

Well.... its not entirely impossible... I mean you can do it and not touch the server so to speak.... but it does require a big league hacker... and most likely you too pay them for it with the outcome of being banned later down the road.

You cannot hack boost without modifying server files at ALL, no MATTER how good of a hacker you are, you still need to touch the server.

you can make a boost hack liek this:
have a ULTIMATE paypal acc with amazing amout of money then create a program the buys boost for the user that is typed in the textbox
