Error no disc

Please can someone help me with this error?I am getting this error on all hacks i am use...there is error:
There is no disk in the drive.Please Insert a disk into drive/Device/Harddisk1/DR1.

Re-install ur computer and it should work.

Already do

i havened windows 7 and still got this errors,than i reinstalled windows 7 and still have...i have installed net framework,directx

dunno why i got errors

Put a disc in your rom (it doesnt matter which one) and try it again....

I am googled this error and tried many solutions but no one worked
