From what I heard, EA/BB are not very strict so there is very good chance of not getting banned.
And if you buy Boost they wont ban.

Not racing.

I got a suspension for arguing with an idiot when my account was still legit. It's easier for them to monitor chat. They just sit there and read everything.

For racing. People have to send a report. Then they 'try' to be in the same race as you to check if you really are. Bad process so far because of the sync glitch so everyone who rams is getting reported.

Like anyone that actually got an email that says their account was banned for hacking? I havent heard of any so far.

Wtf you say? EA is almost stupid idiots. They not ban anyone cause they think to let players pay in money. EA will never banned no one. They should ban half nfsw community and instead, as you can see, every day cheaters raise his numbers. So don't worry they are too stupids.
