CreativeGates and WorldGuard permissions problem HELP PLEASE!

Hi, I have downloaded Creative Gates plugin and World Guard plugin (with world edit), for ops (admins), all work great. But I login with new user and when I go to a gate created with CreativeGates it says: You don´t have permission to use a gate (or this gate or something like that)
I think I need some permission plugin but what plugin and how can I configure it.

I think the simplest and best Plugin for Permission in the moment is PermissionsEx watch a tutorial on youtube and create different ranks with the permissions. The Permissions for the Plugin you can find on the bukkit site of every Plugin.
