Wenn die immer noch so sind wie in hmod dann:
/claim toggle und dann mit der leeren Hand auf den Boden rumhauen
dann werden die Gebiete die man markiert automatisch zu Stadt in der man Bürgermeister ist hinzugefügt (Gebiete müssen an ein anderes Gebiet angrenzen)
nicht vergessen am Ende wieder /claim toggle machen um es auszuschalten

also ich habe Towny auf meinem Server installiert doch wen ich mich einlogge spammt er micht die ganze zeit mit der Meldung zu :
Could not create permission cache for this world ( dan man world Name).
und
Not registred, but alredy registred when trying to register.

Aber wenn ich /town new WindowsTown machen will kom nur das:

Aber warum kann ich keine Stadt machen?
