Ich habe das nicht selbst gemacht nur das Tutorial in deutsch!
Download hier:
1)Downloadet es euch
2) Öffnet .minecraft(mit %appdata% bei Windows start knopf)
3)ihr geht dort rein:C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin
4)Öffnet minecraft.jar
5)Löscht "META-INF"
6)Fügt alle dateien ein
7)Startet Minecraft
8)Joint auf ein server und drückt esc und macht Download this world
9)Warten und die Map ist fertig!
