Question about middlemans and Paypal

This is just an example, lets say i want to sell gold in MMO game Lost Ark.
I know that middleman usually holds the item until buyer sends money to the seller, but in that case, there is always a risk (paypal chargeback).
Is there any way to avoid paypal chargeback from buyer if he is some kind of scammer?
Is it possible that buyer sends money to the middleman, and then middleman sends money to me, it would be much safer for me (seller)?
Does any middleman offer this service?

Most of middleman just helps exhange the stuff , so you can be sure you will recieve it , but in the most of middlemans threads i think you will see the rule that they dosent take responsibility of chargebacks , account recovery or other problems that can happen after the trade.

So they helps for safe exhange , but if something happen after a trade its on yours own way.
