PLS HeLp me..

Hi guys I have a problem I had to hack everything went perfectly Gexx and now I reinstall Windows Hack and I do not work anymore what to do gives me this error ... (The application falied to initialize properly (0xc0000135_. Clik on OK to terminate the application)

Please Help me..
