Have you used range pickup? It will lead into red bar in some cases (bad settings or even bad cheat).

Let the acc sit for 24/27h if the redbar is still theire, acc - gone.
u can also try so play for an hour on a diffrent region and then switch, worked for me evrytime.

Got an acc Eostre still top 10 with redbar and i can login evryday.
