Attack speed

Does this function work anymore?
If a server blocked the attack speed at 200, can you get over that by cheating?
And i mean effectively not only visual.

Depending on the server, on most of them will not work due to the server side protection (attack animation will change but damage with still be calculated as set on the battle.cpp file on the srv).
