Rename file_extractor to > FE, then:
cmd>FE "Youre path\Metin2\pack\wahtever you want... maybe locale/root....
enter!
FE "Youre path\Metin2\pack\root.epk

if you have extraced the files,
Go to> Start> Youre name> and there must be created an "output" folder, in the outputfolder ..there are extracted files.. sorry for my bad english..
