I think M2Bob has the possibility to use switch items.
Hackrequests aren't allowed though.

I did not know excuse, there is a section where you can apply for hack?

There is no section to request hacks or files of any kind. We have the section, but you mustn't create requests there, too. You have to search for yourself.
