Wait, I don't mean upgrade success +0 to +9 in 1 day i just want to know [Like how to] upgrade [example: ee+8 to +9 or fms+8 to +9] the 1 time a day !!

How do I know that iam luck or not ??

you don't know it the game decides for you if the upgrade will be successful or not
