What do you mean ? An "Pick-Up-All" Hack or an Drop hack what Hacks your Drop´s from Mob´s ? The Second is Impossibile ´cause the Drops are only in the Database from the Server and Not Clientside

And 1 more question What is Exp Donator and how much % must i have it on my bot??

DropHack = Pick up all items that the monster drop

EXP Donater = Your char donat EXP in your guild and so he don´t get a level up.
