Exclamation HELP PLZ!!!!!!

MEin Bruder hat folgendes Problem.
Wenn er Metin2 startet und sich einloggt, ist unterm spielen alles weiß.
Auch das Einloggfenster ist weiß.
Kann mir wer helfen das Problem zu beheben??
