Unfortunately, I can not recommend the buyer even though I left him a positive opinion. Everything that is described here was only my mistake. As for the rest (EQ/Yang transfer) everything was fine.
Overall, the entire transaction went well. But don't buy characters from him because you can't change your account email address.
For me it looked like he sold me the character but after half a year he decided to come back to the server and changed the password without any notice.
So I asked him a question.
I didn't want to be rude and since I didn't play often I wanted to share the character with him so he could use it.
So we tried to get along somehow. He finally agreed to buy the character for 50 euros, but wanted to pay the following month ( January 2023 ). However, he decided to block me.
Currently he deleted all messages on discord, but I have everything saved 
Just don't trust him on certain things.
