[Mini-Release] Polymorph remove affect

About:

• A new icon on the top bar when you are polymorphed.
• You can see how many time durating your affect.
• When you touch the icon with mouse will appear a box what give you chance to remove polymorph instantly without time for waiting or not.

Ps. But better not in OnMouseOverIn() just add OnMouseLeftButtonUp
for example:

	def OnMouseLeftButtonUp(self):
		if self.affect == chr.NEW_AFFECT_POLYMORPH:
			self.OnPolymorphQuestionDialog()
