[RELEASE]RuntimeError Fix Tool

Hallo liebe community ,

ich hab heute ein programm erstellt in dem er den "Runtime Error" Fehler behebt falls es nicht am client liegt.

Dafür müsst ihr das Programm als Administrator starten und euer Betriebssystem auswählen.

Falls ihr fragen oder wünsche habt könnt ihr mich anschreiben.

[PS]:
- Bellator2 benutzt es schon.
- Ich kann auch euch den source code zeigen falls ihr mir misstraut.

Ich benutze Windows 8.1 Pro jedoch wirkt es. as Tool noppt an der Verionsstruktur iwas zurrück
