[Dif]Using waithack logs

Hi.

Some of my "friends" from Polish forum have tried to show off by posting diffs, but thanks to their diffs, speedhack will have logged as waithack. Diff below enables waithack log without turning test_server on and edits content of a log (content in Polish, sorry guys).

This will detect wait hack almost allways, but expect many false alarms, since this is just bad, that's wht they don't use it. And this is for speed hack, not a wait hack. If you know how wait hack is you can easly do better protection like i did myself. But still, better this than nothing. - TEnma
